Ian Howard and Beth Eason
A wedding @ Second Presbyterian Church — 1
Ian and Beth…What a great day! Here is a little post to surprise you when you get home from your honeymoon at Dancing Bear Lodge. ( one of our fav places to go in the Smokies!!) Great Flowers by Lisa Foster Floral Design. Love the painting of the Art of Marriage.. who is the artist?? I want one!!
Thank you for asking us to be a part of your special day.. and yes Barry said the sky really was that color blue -no photoshop done on that image!! You guys couldn’t have asked for a better day. All the best to your new family and we welcome Beth to Second Presbyterian Church.
THE DOG.. Not a wedding image but he was part of the day and one of the big things that Barry does is tell the story of the wedding day. Yes he can take fashion- inspired images and yes we can retouch images so they look vintage BUT.. what really matters is the story behind your wedding day. Who was there and how you felt on the the day. What better way to remember and relive the memories by looking at your wedding album.. - posted by Sarah Lynn Seaton

Jan Duncan and Glen Hast- A Wedding with Red Roses and White Snow — 0
Jan Duncan, a Knoxville native, met Glen in Colorado where they both now live and work. They came back to Knoxville to share their big day with family at Crescent Bend. A dusting of light snow covered Knoxville and highlighted the red roses Jan had chosen to showcase the wedding day. It is always special when family heirlooms can be part of a bride’s day. Jan was given a Tennessee pearl and diamond necklace by her grandmother, Ruby Day Phillips, very simple but elegant and had a sixpence in her shoe to bring her good luck. All the best to Jan and Glen as they start their new life out west in Colorado with their many cats…. To see all the previews go to http://www.seatonshoots.com/previews

A Winter wedding at Crescent Bend — 0
It is all a little weird for us grown-ups when our parents date and then get remarried. But it is all good.. it is just different than when we were little.. but we are not little anymore. We are supposed to be grownup RIGHT?? My father passed away almost 15 years ago and no one can replace him in my heart. BUT there is certainly lots more room in my heart for someone else who loves and cherishes my mother. Three years ago friends from church introduced my mother to Coy Freeman, little did we know that they would get married this January. To make a really long story kinda short.. I’ve now have 2 new stepbrothers; one I went to art school with and another whose wedding we photographed eight years ago.. small world Knoxville is.. Welcome to the family: Mark, Jody, Andy, Katy, Jonathan, Matthew, Carter and Jackson!
Music is a big part of my mother and Coy’s lives so music was a big part of their special day. Coy’s life-long friend joined them on the day to awe us all with his playing on his Stradivarius. I’m pretty musically illiterate but WOW it was incredible.. there is nothing like it.
A grand time was held by all… simple ceremony at Second Presbyterian Church just with family members and an elegant champagne brunch across the street at Crescent Bend. Everything was perfect. Judy, the coordinator at Crescent Bend, had everything all organized and flowing smoothly. Great food by All Occasion Catering,Flowers by Leonard @ Always in Bloom and Cake by Magpies. … no honeymoon yet.. the next day was spent with all the grandkids!
