Where is your pricing information on the website?
To hire us for your wedding is $3450. Barry only photographs one wedding per day. So whether you are having a small intimate affair or the country club deal we will capture what your  day is– the real story of your day. For more details visit our site  http://www.seatonshoots.com/fees.

Most of  our  clients rank photography as one of their highest priorities with their wedding and invest between 20-40% of their wedding budget on photography.  Fill out the contact form below or better yet give Debbie a call during business hours at 865-525-5828 and she can set up a time for you to come to the studio and discuss what you are planning on the big day.

Why do you include an engagement session?
We include an Engagement Session because we want to get to know the two of you before your wedding day. We think it is important to know the guy who will be following you around with a camera all day. Plus on top of that, you will have some nice portraits to show off at your wedding or to enjoy in your home.

Our budget is not that high, what do you suggest we do?
Fill out the form regardless! We want to meet with you and make sure you get the photography you deserve for your wedding day. If we can work it out and it ends up being me, then great! If not, then I will make sure you get a great photographer that fits your needs and your budget.

How much is your retainer?

We take $350 down to hold your wedding date.

Is Seaton Shoots available for my wedding date?
At Seaton Shoots things are first come, first served. So, if you are serious about wanting a wedding album from Barry, please don’t procrastinate. You will need to contact the studio to find out if we are available on your date. East Coast time 865-525-5828.

Can I meet Barry and see what he is like before I make a commitment?
Actually we really want to meet you in person too. Barry and Melissa will be spending  a lot of time with you on your special day and making sure that chemistry takes a bit of time.

We are ready to book. What’s the next step?

First, you need to meet with Barry. If you have already had a consultation, then contact the studio and we can book you right over the phone. Once your retainer has been successfully received, we will then email you a copy of your contract already pre-signed by Barry. You will need to sign your copy and then fax it or mail it back to the studio. Only at this point, once your retainer has been received and our agreement is signed by both parties is your date reserved.

Do you guarantee your albums?

• Albums produced by Seaton Shoots, Inc. have a lifetime guarantee against defects in workmanship. Your album will be repaired at no charge should any defects be found.
• Albums damaged from negligence, due to improper handling, hanging, or display will be reprinted at half the cost that is in effect at the current time.
• Please remember that avoidable damage is beyond our control and responsibility. Consider insuring your album against the risk of fire, water, or theft. Many brides even have a special addedum to their policy to cover the albums.
